WARNING: Illegal use of our plugin (invalid domain/key)

This message appears when a Pro plugin is activated on a domain that is not linked to your license key.

License terms

According to our license agreement:

“One plugin license can be used for one main domain and its subdomains.”

This means that each Pro license is valid for a single website.
If you install the same license on several unrelated WordPress sites, it is considered unauthorized use.

What to do if you see this warning

  1. Make sure the plugin is active only on one website.
If you want to move the plugin to another domain, first remove it from the old website, then install and activate it on the new one.

  2. Check your license and domain settings in your Client Area:

    • Log in using the email you used for the purchase.

    • Reset your password if necessary.

    • Update the domain information and save changes.

  3. For local or staging environments:

    • You can safely use localhost as your local domain — it will not cause this warning.

    • If you are working on a staging or test domain, please contact our support team.
We can add your staging domain to the exception list so that the plugin works properly there.
