Since we no longer use 2Checkout for payment processing, all licenses purchased via 2Checkout cannot be renewed automatically. Please follow the steps below based on your payment method:
Licenses Purchased with WayForPay (Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Purchase a new license for the required product through our website.
- After completing the purchase, go to the plugin settings page in your WordPress admin.
- Enter the new license key in the corresponding input field and click the "Check License Key" button.
Licenses Purchased with PayPal (Now via PayPro Global)
If you initially paid via PayPal, you will also need to purchase a new license through our current provider, PayPro Global. Simply follow the same process:
- Complete the purchase on our website using PayPal through PayPro Global.
- Update your license key in the plugin settings as described above.
