I cancelled the subscription. The license has expired. How can I renew the subscription?

Option 1: Renew Recurring Billing

Contact the 2Checkout Support Team (our payment processing provider) and ask them to renew your recurring billing. Include the next information in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Order number

Your license will be extended automatically once your recurrent billing will be restarted.

Option 2: Purchase a New License

Purchase a new license of the required product and change the license key in your WordPress admin dashboard on the plugin settings page. Just insert your new license key in the corresponding input field and click the "Check license key" button.
