There is a conflict between scripts on your page. Possible causes and solutions:
- Your theme is wrong-coded. Your theme uses custom non-standard files instead of using Javascript WordPress files. Our plugin was created based on the Codex recommendations (official WordPress documentation) that work with standard Javascript WordPress files (as it must be and as it is stated in Codex). Please, try to activate any standard WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Fourteen, etc.) to make sure that the plugin is working correctly.
- The conflict may be caused by one of the installed plugins. Please, deactivate all the plugins except Gallery and then activate them one by one to find out the plugin that causes the conflict.
If you still cannot make it work, feel free to submit a support request. It is possible that your theme requires custom programming. Our specialist will check information and your theme to determine whether is it possible to fix your theme and integrate the plugin (this is a paid themes customization service).
