It is a static HTML template, i.e. it is a structure with stylized elements. This template does not have a PHP backend, i.e. it doesn’t have ans admin panel, since it doesn’t have PHP functions and does not use a database to save records. It is a kind of HTML framework (like Bootstrap, for example, but thematic).
Is this a fully functional site where customers can book online a rental car for dates they want, get a price and pay online (preferrably via paypal in my case)?
