When I load my front page it causes the "Like" button to refresh several times before all of the "Like" buttons are loaded and forcing you to wait for several seconds before you can actually read anything on the site

The code of each button contains the Facebook script, that is why it causes it to refresh several times before all of the "Like" buttons are loaded.
