All blocked users are listed on the “Blocked” page. You should go to your admin dashboard and find the menu on your left. There you should find "Limit Attempts" --> "Blocked" page. In that table, you can see user IP or email and the time when the user will be unblocked. However, there is also an option to remove the block manually.
