Is it possible to re-send a spam-message?

If you are sure that the necessary message to be re-send is not spam, it is necessary to change its status for "Normal". In order to do that you can:

  1. Change the status of the message in column "Status" (how to do that see here the User Guide);
  2. Click "Not spam" in the panel of functional references of column "Messages";
  3. Select the necessary message (or messages), and then make use of the function "Not spam" in the drop-down menu "Group actions".

After that, the message is available for re-sending and downloading.
